Terms of service

Effective 1 April 2026 · Controller: Hubly Node X

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern access to hublynodex.digital and enrollment in Hubly Node X training experiences. By using the site or submitting forms, you agree to this framework. Separate workshop addenda may apply per cohort.

2. Data controller and contact

The data controller is Hubly Node X, reachable at 16-6, Daeseori, Chuja-myeon, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, Korea, phone +82-8-403-6195. For privacy-specific requests, email legal@hublynodex.digital (placeholder routing in this static build).

3. Categories of data collected

We collect identity data (name, email, company), communication content (messages), technical logs (IP, browser type), and marketing preferences (cookie choices). Workshop submissions may include attachments you choose to upload.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to respond to inquiries (contract/legitimate interest), deliver training (contract), improve site security (legitimate interest), and—only with consent—analytics cookies. Legal bases follow the GDPR-style mapping we publish in cohort onboarding packs.

5. Retention

Inquiry records are kept twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. Workshop artifacts you submit may be retained for twelve months for mentor QA unless you request deletion sooner.

6. Third-party processors

We use hosting, transactional email, and analytics subprocessors listed in onboarding documentation. Subprocessors may change with thirty days’ notice where feasible.

7. International transfers

Data may transit through infrastructure located outside Korea. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards when required.

8. User rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable. Korean users may also exercise rights under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) through the same contact channel.

9. Security measures

We apply TLS in transit, role-based access for staff, and periodic access reviews. No system is perfectly secure; we document incidents according to applicable law.

10. Children’s privacy and policy changes

Services are not directed to children under fourteen. Parents may request removal if information was submitted in error. We may update these terms with a revised effective date; material changes will be announced on this page and, where required, by email to active cohorts.
