Live sessions

Live blocks run 90 minutes with 15 minutes of buffer for ASL/captioning checks. Mentors rotate weekly to avoid single-voice fatigue; you will co-teach at least once per quarter.

Capstone projects

Each facilitator ships one internal R&D sprint per year—documented ZIP, README, and QA rubric update that alumni receive for free.
