Refund & cancellation policy

1. Eligibility

Purchasers who enroll directly through Hubly Node X invoices may request a refund if the request meets the windows below. Enterprise procurement through partner agencies follows the partner contract first.

2. Fourteen-day cooling-off window

For online-first workshops, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase provided no live session has started and no downloadable syllabus pack was accessed. Access is logged by signed URL hits.

3. Full versus partial refunds

Full refunds apply inside the cooling-off window with no consumption. Partial refunds may be offered if one module was delivered but later modules cannot continue due to documented platform outages; amounts are calculated pro-rata against published seat price, never exceeding the paid amount.

4. Non-refundable items

Custom on-site capture days with booked travel, third-party venue fees, and rush scheduling fees are non-refundable once vendors confirm. Certificate reprints carry a small administrative fee disclosed upfront.

5. Process steps

Email billing@hublynodex.digital with invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We acknowledge within two business days and may request attendance logs. Decisions are communicated in writing.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days and may take an additional three to seven banking days to appear. Original payment method is preferred; alternative rails require fraud checks.

7. Cancellations, exceptions, and contact

We may cancel cohorts with low enrollment; in that case you receive a full refund or transfer. Force majeure events pause schedules; refunds are handled case-by-case. For appeals, escalate to the Program Advisor desk using the phone number +82-8-403-6195.
